These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by KH Exterior Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By approving an estimate, scheduling services, submitting payment, utilizing financing options, or otherwise engaging KH Exterior Solutions LLC for services, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

KH Exterior Solutions LLC provides professional residential and commercial exterior cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing, wood restoration, staining, sealing, surface restoration, specialty cleaning, and related property maintenance services.

All estimates and pricing are based upon:

  • visible surface conditions,

  • accessible work areas,

  • information available at the time of inspection,

  • and standard project conditions.

Additional charges may apply if:

  • excessive contamination exists,

  • safety concerns arise,

  • specialty chemicals or equipment are required,

  • access limitations are discovered,

  • or additional labor and restoration procedures become necessary.

Customers will be notified of material pricing or scope changes whenever reasonably possible prior to completion.

2. Estimates & Project Authorization

All estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated in writing.

Approval of any estimate through signature, electronic authorization, financing approval, payment submission, scheduling confirmation, or verbal authorization constitutes acceptance of:

  • the approved scope of work,

  • project pricing,

  • and these Terms & Conditions.

3. Deposits, Invoicing & Payments

KH Exterior Solutions LLC may require deposits prior to scheduling certain projects, including but not limited to:

  • wood restoration,

  • staining services,

  • specialty restoration,

  • commercial projects,

  • custom ordered materials,

  • and large-scale services.

Deposits may become non-refundable once:

  • materials have been purchased,

  • labor has been allocated,

  • equipment has been reserved,

  • or scheduling has been confirmed.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due immediately upon project completion.

Commercial clients approved for invoicing terms must adhere to agreed payment schedules.

Late balances may incur:

  • late fees,

  • collection costs,

  • attorney fees,

  • finance charges,

  • and suspension of future services where permitted by law.

Customer agrees to reimburse reasonable collection expenses and legal costs associated with unpaid balances to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Financing Disclosure

Financing options may be offered through approved third-party financing providers for qualifying customers.

KH Exterior Solutions LLC does not:

  • guarantee financing approval,

  • determine loan terms,

  • control lender decisions,

  • or manage customer financing accounts after funding.

All financing agreements are solely between the customer and the financing provider.

5. Scheduling, Weather & Delays

Service dates are estimated and subject to change due to:

  • weather conditions,

  • unsafe working environments,

  • staffing limitations,

  • supplier delays,

  • equipment issues,

  • or unforeseen project complications.

KH Exterior Solutions LLC reserves the right to reschedule services when necessary to maintain:

  • project quality,

  • surface protection,

  • operational safety,

  • or proper chemical performance.

6. Property Access & Site Preparation

Customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to all project areas.

Customer agrees to:

  • secure pets,

  • close windows and doors,

  • remove obstacles,

  • protect valuables,

  • and ensure accessible water and electrical connections where required.

KH Exterior Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays, incomplete services, or additional charges resulting from restricted access or unprepared work areas.

7. Surface Conditions & Pre-Existing Damage

Exterior surfaces naturally deteriorate over time due to:

  • weather exposure,

  • UV damage,

  • moisture,

  • oxidation,

  • improper maintenance,

  • material aging,

  • and environmental conditions.

KH Exterior Solutions LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions including but not limited to:

  • loose siding,

  • oxidized paint,

  • failing stain,

  • brittle materials,

  • cracked caulking,

  • deteriorated wood,

  • mortar failure,

  • window seal failure,

  • rust bleed,

  • water intrusion,

  • improperly installed surfaces,

  • or hidden structural defects.

Certain stains, discoloration, oxidation, hard water buildup, efflorescence, artillery fungus, and organic contamination may not be fully removable.

Results may vary based on:

  • material type,

  • surface condition,

  • environmental exposure,

  • and previous maintenance history.

8. Organic Growth & Environmental Conditions

Exterior surfaces remain continuously exposed to environmental conditions.

KH Exterior Solutions LLC does not guarantee permanent prevention of:

  • mold,

  • mildew,

  • algae,

  • moss,

  • lichen,

  • oxidation,

  • or future organic regrowth following cleaning services.

9. Wood Restoration & Staining Disclaimer

Wood restoration and staining results may vary due to:

  • wood species,

  • moisture levels,

  • UV exposure,

  • prior coatings,

  • age,

  • porosity,

  • and natural absorption differences.

Exact color matching, uniform appearance, and identical finish results cannot be guaranteed.

Natural variations are considered normal within the wood restoration process.

10. Restoration Results Disclaimer

Cleaning and restoration outcomes may vary depending on:

  • surface age,

  • oxidation levels,

  • environmental exposure,

  • prior maintenance,

  • existing damage,

  • and material condition.

KH Exterior Solutions LLC does not guarantee exact restoration outcomes or complete contaminant removal on all surfaces.

11. Soft Washing & Surface Protection

KH Exterior Solutions LLC utilizes soft washing, low-pressure cleaning methods, and specialized restoration techniques where appropriate in order to reduce the risk of unnecessary surface damage.

Certain delicate materials may still present elevated risk due to pre-existing deterioration or installation conditions.

12. Water Usage Disclosure

Customer acknowledges that exterior cleaning and restoration services may require substantial water usage depending on project scope, contamination levels, and service type.

13. Project Photography & Media Release

KH Exterior Solutions LLC may photograph or document project areas before, during, and after service completion for:

  • quality control,

  • training,

  • marketing,

  • advertising,

  • website portfolio,

  • and promotional purposes unless Customer submits written objection prior to service.

14. Customer Satisfaction & Service Concerns

KH Exterior Solutions LLC is committed to delivering professional, high-quality workmanship.

Customers must notify the Company of any service-related concerns within five (5) business days following project completion.

KH Exterior Solutions LLC reserves the right to:

  • inspect reported concerns,

  • determine appropriate corrective action,

  • and perform reasonable touch-up services where applicable.

Failure to provide timely notice may limit eligibility for corrective review.

15. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of exterior cleaning and restoration services, completed labor, chemical applications, and restoration processes are generally non-refundable once services have been performed.

Refund requests and service adjustments are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds, if any, may account for:

  • labor completed,

  • materials used,

  • travel expenses,

  • scheduling costs,

  • equipment usage,

  • and project preparation expenses.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KH Exterior Solutions LLC shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages,

  • incidental damages,

  • consequential damages,

  • weather-related impacts,

  • delays outside reasonable control,

  • business interruption,

  • or damages related to pre-existing surface conditions.

Customer agrees that total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services provided.

17. Commercial Maintenance Services

Recurring commercial maintenance services may require:

  • written service agreements,

  • scheduled maintenance intervals,

  • cancellation notice requirements,

  • and minimum service commitments.

Commercial pricing may be adjusted periodically based on:

  • labor costs,

  • fuel costs,

  • material pricing,

  • property conditions,

  • scope changes,

  • or service frequency.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes arising from services provided by KH Exterior Solutions LLC shall be handled in the appropriate courts located within the State of Texas.

By approving service, scheduling work, submitting payment, utilizing financing options, or otherwise authorizing services, Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
