KH Exterior Solutions LLC is committed to providing professional, reliable, and high-quality exterior cleaning and restoration services for residential and commercial properties throughout West Texas.

This Service Policy outlines our customer service procedures, scheduling practices, deposits, financing disclosures, refund procedures, and service expectations.

1. Customer Satisfaction Commitment

Customer satisfaction is important to KH Exterior Solutions LLC.

If a customer believes a service-related issue exists, notification must be submitted within five (5) business days following project completion so our team may review the concern.

KH Exterior Solutions LLC reserves the right to:

• inspect the reported issue,

• determine appropriate corrective action,

• and provide reasonable touch-up services where applicable.

Failure to provide notice within the stated timeframe may limit eligibility for corrective review.

2. Scheduling Policy

Scheduled service dates are estimated and may require adjustment due to:

• weather conditions,

• unsafe working environments,

• staffing limitations,

• equipment issues,

• supplier delays,

• or unforeseen project complications.

KH Exterior Solutions LLC reserves the right to reschedule services when necessary to maintain:

• service quality,

• operational safety,

• proper chemical performance,

• and surface protection.

Customers will be notified promptly regarding schedule adjustments whenever possible.

3. Deposits & Scheduling Reservations

Certain projects may require deposits prior to scheduling, including but not limited to:

• wood restoration,

• staining services,

• specialty restoration,

• commercial projects,

• large-scale services,

• and custom material orders.

Deposits may become non-refundable once:

• scheduling has been reserved,

• materials have been purchased,

• labor has been allocated,

• or project preparation has begun.

4. Payment Policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of services.

Commercial clients approved for invoicing terms must comply with agreed payment schedules.

Late balances may incur:

• late fees,

• collection costs,

• attorney fees,

• finance charges,

• and suspension of future services where permitted by law.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of exterior cleaning and restoration services, completed labor, chemical applications, restoration procedures, and installed coatings are generally non-refundable once services have been performed.

Refund requests and service adjustments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds, if any, may account for:

• labor completed,

• materials used,

• scheduling costs,

• travel expenses,

• equipment usage,

• and project preparation expenses.

6. Surface Condition Disclaimer

Exterior cleaning and restoration results may vary depending on:

• material age,

• oxidation levels,

• staining severity,

• environmental exposure,

• prior maintenance history,

• existing damage,

• and surface condition.

Certain stains, discoloration, oxidation, hard water buildup, artillery fungus, rust staining, and organic contamination may not be fully removable.

KH Exterior Solutions LLC does not guarantee exact restoration outcomes or perfectly uniform results across all surfaces and materials.

7. Organic Growth Disclaimer

Exterior surfaces remain continuously exposed to environmental conditions.

KH Exterior Solutions LLC does not guarantee permanent prevention of:

• mold,

• mildew,

• algae,

• moss,

• lichen,

• oxidation,

• or future organic regrowth following cleaning services.

8. Wood Restoration & Staining Disclaimer

Wood restoration and staining results may vary due to:

• wood species,

• moisture content,

• UV exposure,

• previous coatings,

• porosity,

• age,

• and natural absorption differences.

Exact color matching and perfectly uniform appearance cannot be guaranteed.

Natural variations are considered part of the wood restoration process.

9. Soft Washing & Surface Protection

KH Exterior Solutions LLC utilizes soft washing, low-pressure cleaning methods, and specialized restoration techniques where appropriate to reduce the risk of unnecessary surface damage.

Certain delicate or deteriorated surfaces may still present elevated risk due to pre-existing conditions.

10. Financing Disclosure

Financing options may be offered through approved third-party financing providers for qualifying customers.

KH Exterior Solutions LLC does not:

• guarantee financing approval,

• determine loan terms,

• control lender decisions,

• or manage financing accounts after funding.

All financing agreements are solely between the customer and the financing provider.

11. Commercial Maintenance Services

Commercial maintenance clients may be subject to:

• recurring service schedules,

• written maintenance agreements,

• cancellation notice requirements,

• and minimum service commitments.

Service pricing may be adjusted periodically based on:

• labor costs,

• fuel costs,

• material pricing,

• service frequency,

• property conditions,

• and scope changes.

12. Project Photography

KH Exterior Solutions LLC may photograph or document project areas before, during, and after service completion for:

• quality control,

• training,

• marketing,

• advertising,

• social media,

• website portfolio,

• and promotional purposes unless written objection is submitted prior to service.
